Bio

Emy Apruzzese is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Diabetes Educator with extensive experience in the field of endocrinology.  Emy earned both her Bachelor’s and Master's Degrees in Nursing at the UT Health Science Center in Houston where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Emy brings with her a passion for improving the lives of her patients with positive treatment and management of myriad Endocrine conditions.  A native of Peru, Emy is fluent in Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, and she loves her two dogs, Yuki and Sassy.
